Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS only.
EMS is a tracked and insured international shipping service.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions in the destination country.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Orders shipped within Japan are delivered via Yu-Pack (Japan Post).
A flat shipping fee of ¥1,500 applies to domestic orders.
Domestic shipping is free for orders totaling ¥10,000 or more.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
As each item is one-of-a-kind, we carefully inspect and pack every piece before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time
International (EMS): 5–10 business days
Domestic (Japan): Approximately 1–3 business days
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
For international orders, shipping costs are determined by package weight and destination.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For destinations outside the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
We cannot mark packages as “gift” or understate item values for customs purposes.
Shipping to the United States
For orders shipped to the U.S., we prepay all U.S. import duties and customs clearance fees at the time of shipment (Delivered Duty Paid).
You will not be charged any additional duties or import fees upon delivery.
Effective 1 July 2026, the European Union no longer exempts low-value shipments from customs duty. Orders shipped to EU countries may incur a customs duty of €3 per product category (HS6 code) in addition to VAT and any handling fees charged by the carrier, regardless of the order value.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to receive the item,
shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipment requires additional shipping charges.
