Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
[Customer-preference returns] Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email (info@shibuya-tsumugi.com) or via your account page (https://shibuya-tsumugi.com/account). Items must be unworn and unused, with the hang tag and all accessories intact (items with the hang tag removed cannot be accepted). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returned items must arrive at our store within 45 days of your request; after inspection, we will refund the product price (outbound shipping is not refundable).
[Defective or incorrect items] If your item arrives damaged in transit, was shipped in error, or has an undisclosed defect, please contact us with photos. We will exchange or refund the item, with return shipping covered by us.
[Cancellations] Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped.
