Refund & Return Policy – All Sales Generally Final

All items in our store are vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces, often crafted from antique kimono textiles. Due to the unique nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size, color, or personal preference.

All Sales Are Generally Final.

Exceptions
We only offer returns or refunds in the following rare cases:

• The item arrives severely damaged during transit.
• A completely different item was shipped by mistake.

In such cases, please contact us at info@shibuya-tsumugi.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and propose a solution. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Vintage Condition Notice
Please note that vintage kimono fabrics may have minor imperfections such as fading, small stains, or textile irregularities due to age. These characteristics are not considered defects.

EU and UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@shibuya-tsumugi.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, provided they are returned in their original condition.
• We may deduct from the refund any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Defects and Non-Conformity
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, does not match the description, or has a defect that was not disclosed, please contact us at info@shibuya-tsumugi.com with photos. We will assess the case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under applicable consumer protection laws.
